Revista ESA SP announces the call for papers for the thematic dossier "Contemporary Challenges of Real Estate, Registry, and Notarial Law".
The dynamism of socioeconomic relations, regulatory advances, and technological acceleration demand a constant reconfiguration of real estate, registry, and notarial institutes, challenged to balance legal certainty with demands for speed, efficiency, and out-of-court dispute resolution (dejudicialization).
The goal of this dossier is to gather unpublished research providing critical analyses of theoretical and practical transformations impacting property rights, real estate transactions, and extrajudicial activities today.
Scope and FocusTheoretical works, practical studies, and case analyses supported by rigorous methodological foundations are welcome. The dossier covers topics ranging from dogmatics and the praxis of notarial and registry acts to the impacts of digital transition, the application of Artificial Intelligence in registry qualification, process automation, and the dematerialization of legal acts.
Thematic AxesThe journal invites scholars, researchers, registrars, notaries, and legal professionals to submit contributions under the following axes:
