Vol. 1 No. 42 (2023): VIII CONGRESSO DE ATUALIZAÇÃO JURÍDICA DA OAB DE BAURU
The current edition of the Revista ESASP - Virtual Scientific Journal of the Higher School of Advocacy of OAB/SP brings together a comprehensive set of articles, selected from the presentations made during the VIII OAB Bauru Legal Update Congress, which took place between August 9 and 11, 2023.
The event was an initiative of the OAB Bauru Subsection, 2022/2024 administration, and featured the involvement of its 100 thematic Committees in the organization. The Congress gathered more than 1,300 participants, promoting the integration between lawyers of different generations and from all over the midwestern region of the state of São Paulo. The meeting was marked by lectures of renowned legal knowledge, which contributed to elevating the academic debate.
The scientific articles compiled herein offer in-depth analyses of various relevant contemporary legal issues. Their authors share studies and propose solutions to the complex challenges faced by contemporary society, using the Law as a fundamental tool for building a fairer and more equitable world.
The collection covers a wide range of areas, encompassing a variety of themes, both fundamental and emerging, in Law and Justice.
