    Abstract

    The article analyzes the proposals of the Jurists' Commission for the reform of the Brazilian Civil Code regarding civil liability for activity risk. It discusses the need for harmonization between market protection and victim protection, proposing objective criteria for the application of the duty to repair, in light of contemporary and technological challenges
