    Abstract

    Introductory text presenting the 45th edition of the ESA/OABSP Scientific Journal, dedicated to in-depth analysis of essential themes in contemporary civil and procedural law. The edition, under the general coordination of Flavio Tartuce, compiles twelve articles by renowned specialists covering topics from simulation in the Civil Code and private autonomy to issues of civil liability, mediation, family law, and succession. The aim is to offer critical reflections and valuable contributions to the practice of law in the current scenario.

      Post-doctoral fellow at FDUSP; PhD and Master's in Economic History from USP; Specialist in Labor Economics (Unicamp) and Labor Law (USP); Bachelor's in Social Sciences, Law, and History (USP); Coordinator of Open Courses and the Research and Study Group at ESA/OABSP.
