The Social Security Reform and the retirement of female police officers from the perspective of substantive equality

The article discusses ADI 7,727/DF, which challenges the uniformization of age and contribution time for civil and federal police officers of both sexes introduced by EC 103/2019. The author analyzes the STF's preliminary decision that restored differentiation for female police officers, based on the principle of substantive equality and the need for compensation for structural gender inequalities and the double workday.
