De-indexing in the reform of the Civil Code

The article analyzes the proposal to create a book dedicated to Digital Law in the Brazilian Civil Code, focusing on the right to de-indexing. It explores the distinction between availability and accessibility of information, discussing how the removal of links in search engines protects personality without deleting content from the original source. It addresses parameters to prevent abuse, safeguarding freedom of the press and public interest in cases of historical data or social interest.
