        Abstract

        This text introduces the proceedings of the II Interdisciplinary Regional Congress, held in Bauru by OAB SP in November 2023. It addresses the event's consolidation as a reference in the dissemination of knowledge in the areas of Constitutional Law, Medical Law, Bioethics, and Biolaw. The document describes the diversity of topics covered, such as palliative care, health judicialization, and the rights of people with rare diseases, highlighting the integration between Law and Health professionals for the future of society.

          Professor, PhD, Co-organizer and member of the Scientific Committee of the II Regional Interdisciplinary Congress; President of the Constitutional Law Commission of the 21st Subsection of the OAB SP.

          Professor, MA, Member of the Scientific Committee of the II Regional Interdisciplinary Congress and President of the Superior Law School Commission (ESA) of the 21st Subsection of the OAB SP.
