    Abstract

    The article discusses the relevance of digital patrimony in contemporary times and the need to update the Civil Code to regulate the management of digital assets after death. It addresses the importance of legal certainty and privacy protection, proposing a clear structure so that the holder's will is respected in the management of their digital lives.
