    Abstract

    The article examines the STF's judgment of ADO 85, which recognized the National Congress's unconstitutional omission in regulating Art. 7, item XI, of the Federal Constitution, regarding worker participation in company management. The author highlights the setting of a 24-month deadline to overcome the delay and discusses the importance of the measure for the implementation of participatory democracy and the social appreciation of work in the Brazilian legal system.
