Compulsory Adjudication in the Context of Dejudicialization

The present study aims to analyze the changes brought about by Law 14.382/2022, which allowed for compulsory adjudication through extrajudicial means. It is yet another innovation introduced by the legislator with the aim of resolving the accumulation of cases within the judicial sphere, a movement known as dejudicialization.
