The article analyzes the legal landscape of collective dismissals in Brazil eight years after Law No. 13,467/2017. The authors discuss the introduction of Art. 477-A of the CLT, which equates individual, plural, or collective dismissals without cause, and the impact of the STF judgment on Theme 638.
