      Abstract

      The study analyzes the principle of judge impartiality in the Brazilian legal system, using Constitutional Complaint No. 43,007/DF as a paradigm case to verify the non-observance of this principle in forensic practice. The work discusses the subjectivities inherent to individuals and how personal convictions must respect legal and constitutional limits to ensure due process and the Democratic Rule of Law.
