    Abstract

    The text introduces the 47th edition of the ESA OAB SP Virtual Scientific Journal, dedicated to analyzing the proposed updates to the Brazilian Civil Code. The organizer details the 18 articles in the collection, covering topics such as the legal status of animals, digital identity, the right to be forgotten, civil liability, family law, inheritance, and digital assets.
