    Abstract

    The preface introduces this special edition dedicated to the technical analysis of rulings from the Supreme Federal Court (STF). It highlights the relevance of constant jurisprudential updates for the practice of law and reinforces the institutional mission of the OAB/SP Higher School of Advocacy in disseminating highly complex legal knowledge.
