Keywords:
Algorithmic Management, Uberization, Labor Precariousness.Abstract
The article critically analyzes the effects of the 2017 Labor Reform, focusing on the rise of work via digital platforms. It investigates how the flexibility of Law No. 13,467/2017 and algorithmic control contributed to precariousness, transforming the worker into a social "just-in-time." The author discusses the mismatch between promises of job creation and the reality of "uberization," advocating for the need for regulation that guarantees fundamental rights and human dignity against the sovereignty of algorithms.
